Born and raised in Chicago, Toi grew up in a single-parent household, where her mother instilled the belief that life's rewards are earned through hard work and dedication. Those values became the foundation of her career. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Toi spent two decades in financial leadership before bringing that same discipline to real estate — helping individuals and families make sound, numbers-backed decisions.

In 2008, Toi joined Century 21 SGR, turning her passion for financial empowerment into a practice built on guidance rather than pressure. Since then, she has helped clients across Chicago secure their financial futures through homeownership and real estate investment, combining expert advice, personalized service, and a genuine commitment to their goals.

Toi serves two distinct Chicago footprints: South Side communities including Beverly, Morgan Park, Auburn Gresham, Washington Heights, and Oak Lawn; and Downtown / Near North neighborhoods including Streeterville, River North, Gold Coast, South Loop, West Loop, and The Loop.
